Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be returned in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and manuals included.

  • The return request must be made within 30 days of delivery.

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Opened personal care or health products

  • Used massagers or wearable support products

  • Gift cards or downloadable items

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@fithealthus.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will provide you with return instructions and the return shipping address.

  3. Ship the product back using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

  • Partial refunds may be granted for items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at support@fithealthus.com

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been shipped. Once shipped, the order will need to follow our standard return process.
